Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of Bluetooth Mic to Speaker (the "App"). The App is operated by Hermine Matevosyan ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Apple Standard EULA
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless Apple or we provide a separate license that applies. These Terms supplement that license. If there is a conflict, the Apple terms control where required by Apple or applicable law.
Use of the App
The App is intended to help route live microphone audio from your iPhone to compatible speakers, headphones, and other audio devices. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and appropriate purposes.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you use the App and for complying with laws that apply to you.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or consent before amplifying audio involving other people.
- You should keep your device, Apple ID, and purchase credentials secure.
- You should use reasonable volume levels and avoid audio feedback or unsafe listening conditions.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App to:
- Violate privacy, recording, wiretapping, surveillance, harassment, or similar laws.
- Record, monitor, amplify, or transmit private conversations without required consent.
- Interfere with other people, public venues, emergency services, or safety systems.
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except where allowed by law.
- Use the App in a way that could damage the App, our systems, third-party services, or other users.
Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer a weekly auto-renewing subscription and a lifetime non-consumable purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store policies.
- Lifetime access is a one-time non-consumable purchase tied to the Apple ID used for purchase, subject to Apple's rules.
- Prices, features, and availability may change, but we will not charge you without Apple presenting the purchase terms.
Third-Party Services
The App may use Apple StoreKit, RevenueCat, and Firebase Crashlytics to provide purchases, paid feature access, diagnostics, and reliability improvements. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, device damage, hearing damage, privacy violations caused by your misuse, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device or speaker, or supported on every iOS version.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or create legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Some consumer protection laws may give you additional rights that cannot be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
